Hollywood and Highland may be a popular tourist destination in Los Angeles, but many native Angelenos tend to avoid it. The client's goal was to redesign the space to attract residents. Originally, the outdoor area featured outdated, xenophobic decor, lacked seating, and had no well-designed courtyard. In collaboration with Gensler, OJB Landscape Architecture, and others, I contributed to floor plans, furniture selection, and hand-drawn renderings for the new design of Ovation at Hollywood and Highland.
